Hi, I'm Zoey!
I’m a Mamma of two, a Sclerologist, Nutritionist, and a holistic wellness advocate. I teach women how to nourish their bodies, homes and hormones. I believe true wellness begins when we stop outsourcing our health and start coming home to our bodies.
At 21, I was diagnosed with thyroid autoimmunity and PCOS. I was told I’d need medication for life, that I’d struggle to conceive, and that my body was ‘just broken’. But something inside me refused to believe that was the full story.
So I went on a journey to heal, naturally.
I learned to nourish my body through real food, gentle movement, and emotional healing. I studied Sclerology and Nutritional Medicine, discovered the power of low-tox living, and began reconnecting with nature’s rhythms.
My journey back to health certainly wasn’t overnight, but slowly, my body found balance again. My hormones regulated, my energy returned, and years later I conceived both of my babies naturally at first attempt – something I was told might never happen.
Now, I share what I’ve learned to help other women do the same – whether that means taking steps to create a low-tox home, learning to listen to their bodies, healing their scalp and hair from the inside out, rebuilding their confidence, or creating new income streams that feel aligned with their values.
This space is about simplifying wellness, removing the overwhelm, and helping women build strong foundations in their health, their homes, and their hearts.
I truly believe that wellness is about returning to what’s real – nourishment, rhythm, connection, and belief that your body knows how to heal.
